        We should do this.

        We'd need to know whether a function is deterministic. Operators, including UDFs, should implement SqlOperator.isDeterministic() appropriately.

        The code exists in LucidDB and is ASL2: https://github.com/LucidDB/luciddb/blob/master/farrago/src/net/sf/farrago/query/FarragoReduceExpressionsRule.java
