Allow Time Frames as Valid Expressions

    Description

      From CALCITE-5575(https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CALCITE-5575): date and time function calls have been added to Parser.jj because time frames are not syntactically expressions. If time frames were made to be syntactically valid expressions, these function calls could be removed. This would help resolve issues like 5575 linked above, and would reduce clutter in the parser.
