Description

Changes to support Phoenix's SQL extensions & semantics.

Sub-tasks, most important first:

• CALCITE-493 Support syntax for defining columns and their types at
  query/DML time
• CALCITE-505 Support updatable VIEW
• CALCITE-497 Support optional qualifier for column name references
• CALCITE-492 Support UPSERT statement in parser
• CALCITE-494 Support NEXT/CURRENT VALUE FOR syntax for sequences usage
• CALCITE-496 Allow key/value properties to be passed through DDL statements
• CALCITE-495 Support hints to be passed through select/DML commands
