[CALCITE-4796] Travis links in README.md should point to 'app.travis-ci.com' instead of 'travis-ci.org'

Description

The travis links are broken, they point to 'travis-ci.org' instead of 'travis-ci.com', which leads to a broken landing page: https://travis-ci.org/github/apache/calcite
 

Since June 15th, 2021, the building on travis-ci.org is ceased. Please use travis-ci.com from now on. 

 

However, the proposed redirection (https://www.travis-ci.com/apache/calcite) is broken (404 error).

The correct links are: https://app.travis-ci.com/apache/calcite.svg?branch=master for the "image" and https://app.travis-ci.com/github/apache/calcite for the build status
