    Description

      Make some fields non-nullable: SqlSelect.selectList, DataContext.getTypeFactory(), DataContext.getQueryProvider().

      Add class DataContexts, with a few useful implementations of interface DataContext.

      Resolve some other TODOs relating to nullability.
