SEARCH operator (with Sarg literal) handles UNKNOWN incorrectly

    Description

      The internal SEARCH operator (introduced in CALCITE-4173 along with the Sarg literal type) does not handle UNKNOWN correctly.

      However, we do not currently have a SQL test case.
