Description

In sql to rel converter, we pass a ToRelContext to the AbstractPreparingTable, in order to translate the table to a relational expression.

We should also pass the hints to the table so that other engines can use the hints to create their source/reader.

I'm so sorry to say that i have no idea how to write tests.
