[CALCITE-3057] Should let tabSize and operatorTable in SqlParser configurable?

Description

We use SqlStdOperatorTable.instance() and tabSize=1 as default in SqlParser, but when I try to define my own OperatorTable(may change some operator in Sql), I noticed that opTab in SqlParser is fixed，so i wanna know if we can make these two field configurable?
