      support create function and drop function statement like apache hive:

      CREATE [OR REPLACE] FUNCTION [IF NOT EXISTS] [db_name.]function_name AS class_name
  [USING JAR|FILE|ARCHIVE 'file_uri' [, JAR|FILE|ARCHIVE 'file_uri'] ];
