Description

Add an adapter that generates TPC-H data on the fly, to a given scale factor. It would not necessarily perform well, but it would be a convenient source to populate other databases and to populate materialized views.

Maybe leverage the <a href="http://prestodb.io/docs/current/release/release-0.60.html">PrestoDB TPCH connector</a>.
