Inconsistent Buildr.filter behavior between 1.2.10 and 1.3.0

    Description

      Running the following command with Buildr 1.3.0 doesn't seem to work part of the time. I've verified it does work consistently in 1.2.10.

      Buildr.filter.from(src).to(dest).run

      Where src and dest are directory paths created from using File.join
