Major Description
There seemed to be multiple bugs related to the generation of the IDEA module files. Most of the issues seemed to be around projects and subprojects that didn't necessarily have compile sources.
These fixes seem to work for my environment and projects but may need another set of eyes to verify it works otherwise.
