In the sandbox, Buildr should use an absolute path when setting the HOME env variable.

    Description

      This is happening against the trunk. I am developing a buildr plugin named buildr4osgi, and I need to reuse the Buildr spec helpers.

      In the sandbox, the ENV['HOME'] is set to tmp/home.

      As a result, settings.yaml for example is looked up in the wrong folder.

      The fix is attached as a patch to this bug.
