Description

Provisioning a SUSE vm fails when using the config useJcloudsSshInit: false.

This is for two reasons:

• The groupadd and useradd are not on the path (see JcloudLocation.createUser().
• The script is executed with bash -e, so when groupadd -f wheel is executed, it fails the whole script with exit code 9.
