Document indexing strategies in an approachable way

    Description

      Currently, to learn about the various indexing strategies supported by Blur one has to read the API docs and piece it together themselves. It'd be really nice for new users to have a single doc location that discusses the various indexing strategies along with their tradeoffs/pros/cons.

      We should probably do this for the new Blur Platform and, as such, it relates to BLUR-391
