[BIGTOP-906] a few tests need artifacts compiled against Hadoop 2.X

Description

At least Pig and HBase rely on artifacts compiled against Hadoop 2.X which are not available in Maven repos. As a workaround I propose we install the required artifacts to the local maven cache taking the jar files from the corresponding packages.
