deb/oozie/oozie-client.postinst installs an alternative for a path that isn't there

      Description

      oozie-client.postinst in trunk currently assumes that /etc/oozie/conf.dist exists, and tries to add it as an alternative for /etc/oozie/conf (which it also doesn't provide). These two files live in the oozie package instead, and that's where this alternative should go.
