Major Description
The idea here is to at the very minimum:
1. update a manifest to reflect the latest updates in Bigtop 0.3.0 pacakges
2. review the manifest
It would also be nice to:
1. make manifest matcher understand regexps
2. start implementing static heuristic checks (perhaps at the level of Groovy embedded into the POM files)
3. transition to XMLUnit for manifest comparison
