Description

When we finish the work on BIGTOP-3689, the new Mpack would be almost ready for Bigtop-3.2 release.

For BIGTOP-3748 or smoke tests matrix, there maybe some issues in the new Mpack deployments with Bigtop-3.2.

This main task is created to tracked the potential issues and the related sub-tasks would be linked into this ticket
