    Description

      https://ci.bigtop.apache.org/view/Releases/job/Bigtop-3.0.1/3/DISTRO=ubuntu-20.04,PLATFORM=amd64-slave/console

Building Ambari on Ubuntu 20.04 fails with the following error.
It seems that Ubuntu 20.04 got to require the python-is-python2 package to run python2 through the `python` command at some point.

      [INFO] --- exec-maven-plugin:1.2.1:exec (azuredb-gen) @ ambari-server ---
/usr/bin/env: 'python': No such file or directory
