Upgrade ubuntu version example in gradle task description

    Description

      From Bigtop 3.0, ubuntu 16.04 is unsupported and some commands like ./gradlew spark-pkg-ind -POS=ubuntu-16.04 is not work for v3.0.

      So we have to upgrade examples using 16.04 to 18.04, the version which both Bigtop 1.5 and Bigtop 3.0 supports.
