[BIGTOP-3347] Fix failures of Hive ProxyFileSystem against Hadoop 2.10.0

Description

Tests using pfile://... path fails with "Wrong FS error" like HIVE-6244 and HIVE-21683. The cause seems to be changes of FilterFileSystem in Hadoop side. While HIVE-21683 is proposing to use javaassist for covering all methods, We should apply fix for the hive-2.3.6 and hadoop-2.10.0 ahead for bigtop-1.5.0 release.
