Description

While Hadoop 3.2.1 is considered to be the next version in BIGTOP-3123, upgrading would takes time due to big change (e.g. shell script rewrite (HADOOP-9902)). Upgrading to 2.10.0 could be relatively easy and alternative option if BIGTOP-3280 does not make it in time.
