    Description

      bigtop-utils is required by smoke test util in provisioner. While many packages are depend on bigtop-utils, but not all the packages. Adding dependency for packages is not a good idea because packages are not actually depend on it. This JIRA aim to add a simple module to deploy bigtop-utils (just an install), letting user decide whether to install it.
