      Description

Since the CI overhaul is the blocker for 1.0 release, I feel there's a strong need to sync up the progress to Bigtop contributors. Maintaining the overall progress and checking what has or hasn't be done in JIRAs can give people a close look what we're doing behind the scene. Bigtoper who'd like to help building CI and push the 1.0 release forward can also come to help by solving JIRAs.

I think this should be doable in jenkins as well. My thought is to setup a push to S3" job as a downstream of *build over the whole bunch of RPMs/DEBs job. The *push to S3" job will push those built packages to S3 bucket along with generated repository metadata, but this might need to have AWS credential hard coded somewhere.
Anyhow we can start with a manually push of 1.0 release packages.

Evans Ye i did the apt/yum.bigtop.rocks as proof of concept.., think in general it seems to work, cos did a quick verification on his end as a test outside of my testing.

What we can probably do is cut 1.0 release and assets, then as a post release effort get the 1.0 repos setup along same lines as my experiment which is serving the repos from S3 so nice we don't have to manage any servers or availability.

After an initial setup we should look into how to make the posting to the apt/yum part of the CI and start looking at release repos as well as "nightlies" or equivalent

Konstantin Boudnik can you add more JIRAs describing needed parts in CI for 1.0 release? I think we at lease need the release repos to be ready, but if nate's official repo(http://yum.bigtop.rocks, etc) can be ready, then it would be a lot better.
Nate DAmico would you like to add more context of your work?
