The feature enable_local_yum in BigTop's VM provisioner(vagrant-puppet-vm) allows bigtoper to test their updated or newly added packages on a real cluster with the ability to run smoke-tests. Adding the feature to Docker provisioner(vagrant-puppet-docker) can speed up the overall testing life cycle by utilizing fast creation docker containers.
