    Description

      Because of HDFS-1943 the logic of starting a datanode from within a init.d scripts needs to be convoluted:

      if (secure configuration) {
      sudo hadoop-daemon.sh
      } else {
      sudo -u hdfs hadoop-daemon.sh
      }
