[BEEHIVE-810] controls-spring sample's README.txt needs to remove reference to "deploy" target

Description

After successfully building the beehive distribution, go to controls-spring sample directory. Follow the instruction in README.txt,
build.xml under WEB-INF/src does not have "deploy" target to actual deploy the build to tomcat. I have to manually
either build the war file and copy it to webapps, or manually create context xml under tomcat config dir to point to working
directory.
