Description

All instances of these old Gradle invocations in documentation should be updated.

such as https://github.com/apache/beam/blob/master/sdks/python/apache_beam/runners/interactive/README.md#running-interactive-beam-on-flink

 

UPDATE: we do map between `:beam-runners-flink_2.11-job-server` and the updated command. However, if the leading colon is not present, it doesn't work.
