[BEAM-6088] IntelliJ imports "website" and "beam-website" modules with conflicting roots

Description

After re-importing the project from Gradle in IntelliJ, I was adding a vendored JAR to an unrelated module (per BEAM-4544), and got this error:

 

We've seen this with many modules in the past, but I don't remember what the fix was.

I worked around it by removing the website module (chosen arbitrarily instead of beam-website).
