Title: AvroIO - failure using direct runner with java.nio.file.FileAlreadyExistsException when moving from temp to destination

Please improve the org.apache.beam.sdk.io.DynamicAvroDestinations JavaDoc to state that when using a user define object as <DestinationT> hashCode and equals needs to be implemented.
