Description

Expected: if a user did not click on Playground window on Home screen, the window is inactive. 

Actual: when scrolling through Home page, if a cursor is over Playground section, the page stops scrolling. 

Expected: when page is loaded, the Playground section is inactive unless a user clicks on that window. 

Actual: When scrolling Home page, the embedded window with Playground section is active by default and cursor is at row #20.
