Description

These buttons have missing links in Apache Beam Playground:

• About Apache Beam
• Privacy Policy
• Send feedback

They should be added as described below:

• About Apache Beam links to https://beam.apache.org/
• After pressing the Privacy Policy button the popup appears with the corresponding Privacy Policy text – same as the DartPad policy https://dart.dev/tools/dartpad/privacy
• "Send feedback" is replaced with "Report issue in Jira" as it is changed in mockups and it links to https://issues.apache.org/jira/projects/BEAM/issues/
