Description

As a Beam Playground user, I want to access the Beam Playground application from the Apache Beam website.

Acceptance criteria:

1. The Beam Playground application can be accessed from the navigation bar of the Apache Beam website.
2. The Beam Playground application has a corresponding web address: `beam.apache.org/playground`.
3. The Beam Playground iframe is implemented.
4. The Beam Playground iframe shows the chosen example and redirects to Beam Playground with this example.
