Description

As a Beam Playground user, I want to perform some actions using shortcuts:

• Run Code
• Reset
• Clear

Acceptance criteria:

1. Run code could be called using CMD/Ctrl + 0
2. Reset could be called using V+9
3. Clear could be called using Shift+T
4. Pressing Shortcuts button should show modal with all available shortucs
