Description

As a Beam Playground maintainer, I want to be able to add a new localization for Beam Playground components with text so that I don't need to modify them.

Acceptance criteria:

1. All Beam Playground components use text that corresponds to the chosen language.
2. English localization is stored in a separate file(-s).
3. It is documented how to add a new localization.
