Description

As a Playground application developer, I want to have initial application structure and be able to communicate between application services using gRPC

Acceptance criteria:

1. Package structure designed
2. Main interfaces designed
3. The application data model is designed
4. Error messages are implemented 
5. Protobuf files are implemented and tested with frontend and backend
