Create an extension of SimpleCatalog.

    Description

      There's currently a lot of catalog-related logic in SqlAnalyzer. Creating an extension of SimpleCatalog to contain that logic will let us achieve cleaner abstractions, and ensure the catalog stays in sync with its backing Schema.
