[BEAM-10532] BigQueryUtils.fromTableSchema breaks when field in TableSchema has a NUMERIC data type

Description

This is because the switch statement in the private fromTableFieldSchemaType method doesn't have a case for NUMERIC and it falls to the default case which throws an UnsupportedOperationException.
