[BATIK-816] Squiggle says attribute diffuseConstant isn't animateable

Description

Although according to the latest SVG 1.1 specification says that the diffuseConstant attribute of feDiffuseLighting is animateable (http://www.w3.org/TR/SVG/filters.html#feDiffuseLighting), Squiggle 1.7 gives me the following error:

when trying to open the file: http://pul7.kyla.fi/~aeirola/pacman_bug.svg. The file works flawlessly on Opera 9.26.

I am running Squiggle on OS X 10.5.2 Leopard, with Java 1.5.0.
