Description

Since 1.10, the rasterizer misses a dependency on xml-apis:

/usr/local/bin/batik-rasterizer src/image/favicon.svg -d build/favicon.png
About to transcode 1 SVG file(s)

Converting favicon.svg to build/favicon.png ... Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/batik/w3c/dom/ElementTraversal
 at java.lang.ClassLoader.defineClass1(Native Method)
 at java.lang.ClassLoader.defineClass(ClassLoader.java:763)

I've installed batik via homebrew on macOS. Previous versions 1.8 and 1.9 seemed to work just fine.
