[BATCHEE-24] create the DB create table scripts for a few standard databases

Description

Most of the time the batch runtime has not sufficient privileges to create the DB schema on the fly.
Thus we should create the statements upfront for the most important databases. This could be added as attached artifacts to jbatch itself.
