Description

Currently there is only a way to switch the splash screen on or off and to select whether it will get printed to stdout or the configured Logger.

What we need in some cases is to be able to use a custom splash screen.

The idea is to have the property "org.apache.batchee.init.splashscreen" to tweak it.

This could then e.g be set via environment or even batchee.properties.
