[AXISCPP-939] TypeMapping doesn't include all built-in simple types to the lookup table used for rpc/encoded deserialization

Description

The lookup table in TypeMapping, as used for deserialization of basic types in rpc/encoded messages, does not have all the XSD built-in derived simple types.

This means message containing those missing types (eg: xsd:token ) would fail, even though the deserialization code is available within the axis engine.
