Description

Some of the XSD built-in simple types are only for use within attributes, but the current Axis C++ API makes these also available for use within elements. eg getElementAsNMTOKEN().

The types which should only be attributes are:
NMTOKEN
NMTOKENS
ID
IDREF
IDREFS
ENTITY
ENTITIES
