Hello,

I'm getting the org.apache.axiom.soap.SOAPProcessingException: Transport level information does not match with SOAP Message namespace URI.

It was mentioned some fix made in the https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AXIS2-2129

Can you please provide more details, how to fix the issue?
