[AXIS2-1156] Both the 'Refresh' link and the 'Back Home' link takes the user to the Axis2 Home page

Description

Go to the Axis2 Home page.
Click either 'Services', 'Validate' or 'Administration'
Now if you click on the link 'Refresh' it would take you to the Axis2 Home page. The link 'Back Home' is there for you to go back to the home page and the link 'Refresh' should just refresh the page.
