Description

There are some files and even directories in C++ bindings that seem obsolete.

For instance:

1. m4 directory is never used
2. parser directory contains some yacc code that is never used
3. There are some mentions of .svn directory in build.sh which is also non-existent by this time

Would you be OK if I removed them?
