[AVRO-3756] Support writing types back to the user in memory without writing files to disk

Description

As per the title, Avro C# should support writing types directly back to the user, instead of forcing the user to write to disk. This is critical for use in scenarios where the code generation is done in a CI job, where disk permissions might not be flexible.

 

I already have code for this and intend to submit a patch along with this ticket.
