Description

We sometimes see interoperability issues like FLINK-25962.  There are dozens (or hundreds) or test schemas and data in the various language SDKs. 

It would be a huge win if we had a way to share test schemas between different SDKs and versions.

The share/test/data/schema-tests.txt is a good start.
